摘要
重视水产品质量监督、搞好水产品加工业是我国从“渔业大国”发展成“渔业强国”的重要决策之一。作者从如何提高对此问题认识上和如何建立健全渔业质量标准系上提出了相应的对策和建议。
It’s one of the important strategies of ‘developing China from a fisheries-big-country to a fisheries-powerful-country’ to emphasize quality supervison of aquatic products and do well in aquatic product processing. The author put forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions from the view-point of deepening understanding of this question and perfecting fisheries quality standard system.
