摘要
结合邯郸热电厂技改工程锅炉补给水处理系统的工艺流程和控制要求 ,对锅炉补给水处理系统所涉及的高效过滤器、有机物清扫器、阳床、阴床和混床等化学水处理设备的投运制水、停运和再生 (或清洗 )过程的合理程控步序进行了研究 ,给出了各步序中被控阀门和被控泵或风机的动作情况。
According to the flow chart and requirement of boiler makeup water treatment system for 2×200 MW cogeneration units in a reformation project of Handan Power Plant, the reasonable step sequence of startup and chemical water preparation, shutdown and regeneration ( or cleaning ) of the makeup water treatment system, in which high efficiency filters, organic matter removers, cation beds, anion beds, mixed beds, and other components are involved, are investigated. The step sequence activities of valves, pumps, and fans under control in the procedure are also provided.
