摘要
选取典型事件为研究对象,提出了网络情绪的概念。通过设置和计量网络情绪比例、网络情绪强度等指标,得出网络情绪的演进基本规律,并分析网络情绪的产生原因、蔓延和消解影响因素、网络情绪与现实社会"互涉"的影响因素。基于上述研究,从网络情绪管理的视角,提出了网络舆情管理的思路。
This article takes the representative incident as the researching object, and defines the concept of online emotion. By setting and measuring the strength and ratio of online emotion, this article analyzes the basic role of the evolution of online emotion, the cause of net emotion, the determinants of spreading and fading of online emotion, and also the determinants of the interference between online emotion and real world. On the basis of such research, this article also puts forward some methods of dealing with the online public opinion from the perspective of online emotion management.
