航空遥感器胶片盒的设计

摘要 针对胶片式航空遥感器存储胶片的要求,设计了一种大载片量、密封胶片盒。该胶片盒能够载片300m,并实现胶片盒独立可拆卸、供收胶片盒可互换。在片盒座和片盒盖之间采用止口密封,并在止口中安放橡胶条,增加密封安全系数,并防止胶片潮湿。片盒密封输出机构采用迷宫式设计,利用两个片滚对胶片进行导向,并起到密封作用。文中计算出了满足载片量要求的片轴尺寸,给出了密封结构示意图,并计算出工作过程中运动特性和胶片的受力情况。 To satisfy the demand of film holding on aerial remote sensor, a high-capacity as well as sealed film holder is designed, which can hold 300m of film and can be detached separately.The film supply can be independent disassem- bly and exchanged.Spigot is taken between bed and capping to make the film holder get sealed. Rubber strip is put into the spigot, which can increase assurance coefficient and prevent the film to get humid. Mazy design is taken in the film output mechanism with two spools to guide the film, which can guard against damp in the same. Dimension of the film shaft is calculated for capacity load, and diagrammatic sketch of sealing structure is given in the article. Motion characteristic and stress condition of film in working process is analyzed in the end.
