摘要
目的观察临床应用克霉唑、氟康唑联合用药治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择2009年2月至2010年11月收治的210例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者,并随机分为克霉唑组(A组)、氟康唑组(B组)和克霉唑、氟康唑联合治疗(C组)3组,每组各70例。A组患者给予克霉唑阴道片,每晚睡前阴道深部放药一粒,3 d后再放l粒,连放2次;B组患者给予口服氟康唑,顿服,7 d为1个治疗疗程;C组患者同时给予克霉唑和氟康唑两种药物。结果 A组和B组患者均有一定的疗效,但是C组治疗效果更优于A、B两组且差异显著(P<0.05)。患者出院后回访治疗后的复发率,C组也明显低于A组和B组。3组中共有14例患者服药后出现腹泻,恶心及呕吐症状,不过症状较轻微,未采取给药措施2 d后均自行痊愈。结论对于复发性念珠茵性阴道炎应用克霉唑、氟康唑联合治疗,不但疗效确切而且复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined clotrimazole and fluconazole in treatment of patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods Two hundred and ten patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis in this hospital during February 2009 to November 2010 were randomly divided into 3 groups： clotrimazole group （A） , fluconazole group （ B ） and clotrimazole combined with flueonazole group （ C ） , each with 70 eases. Patients in group A were treated with elotrimazole vaginal tablets, putting at deep portion of vagina before sleep, 1 tablet every three days for two times; patients in group B were treated with oral flueonasole onee daily, 7 days as a therapeutic course; and patients in group C were given with clotrimazole and flueonazole. Results There was certain effect in patients of group A and group B, but the efficacy of treatment in patients of group C was more significant than that of patients in groups A and B and their difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The relapse rate in patients of group C during follow - up period after discharge was significantly lower than that of patients in group A and group B, and their difference was statistically significant. Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting were seen in a few patients of these three groups, but these adverse reactions were self limited within two days without any therapeutic measure. Conclusion Combined application of clotrimasole and flueonazole is effective in treatment of patients with recurrent eandidal vaginitis with low recurrence rate.
