摘要
介绍了一种发动机机体的疲劳试验与仿真计算方法,采用最小二乘法得到了基于计算和试验的S-N曲线,并对二者的结果进行了对比分析研究。研究结果表明:基于统计学的疲劳试验方法可获得机体的许用安全系数,而材料特性及制造工艺是造成仿真与试验结果存在差异的主要原因,根据疲劳试验的统计结果合理选择仿真计算中强度降低因子Kf,可以有效提高仿真计算的可信度。
A method of fatigue test and simulation for engine cylinder block was proposed. By using linear least square method the S-N curves for both test and simulation were obtained. The comparative research results show that the permitted fatigue safety coefficient of block can be achieved by the fatigue test method based on statistics. The material properties and manufacturing technology are responsible for the difference between test and simulation results. But if the proper strength reduction factor Kf is introduced into simulation result analysis according to statistical results of fatigue test, the simulation creditability can be improved further.
