摘要
慢性前列腺炎是男性最常见的疾病之一。由于其病因及发病机制仍不清楚,其诊断和治疗缺乏统一的标准,造成了临床上不少的认识及诊治误区。本文阐述了笔者对慢性前列腺炎尿分叉、尿道滴白等临床症状,前列腺液检测改变,慢性前列腺炎诊断,Ⅲ、Ⅳ型前列腺炎分型,慢性前列腺炎与性功能障碍和不育症关系的认识,论述了慢性前列腺炎中医药选择方法,以期为提高治疗慢性前列腺炎中医治疗效果提供参考。
Chronic prostatitis （CP） is a common disease in young and middle aged men, but its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear so far. Because tha lack of well authorized standards on diagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, there are still misunderstandings in the clinical practice. This article discussed author＇s thoughts about clinical symptoms （such as urine furcation, drops of urethra, test of liquor prostaticus, diagnosis of CP, classifications of Ⅲ and Ⅳ type of CP, and the rela- tionship between CP and sexual dysfunction or male infertile. In addition, the article addressed the selecting methods of TCM on the treatment of CP. The article will provide a reference to improve the treatment of CP with TCM.
