摘要
笼型异步电机转子断条故障研究是目前国内外关注的热点之一,已经提出的诊断方法在进行故障特征提取时具有一定困难。分析了异步电机参数与导条电气特征间的关系,通过数值仿真得到断条前后转子电流分布规律,结合有限元工具Ansys分析了导条漏磁场在故障前后的变化。研究结果表明探测线圈输出的电压幅值与导条故障的严重程度之间存在对应关系,探测线圈法可以应用于笼型异步电动机转子断条故障的诊断。
Study on the fault diagnosis of rotor broken-bar of cage induction motor is one of the focus of attention worldwide. Diagnostic methods already proposed are difficult to extract the fault feature. The relationship among motor parameters and bar electrical features is analyzed in this paper, and the rotor current distributions before and after the bar breaking fault are obtained by numerical simulation. By combining with the finite element tool Ansys, the change of leakage magnetic field after fault is analyzed. The results show that the voltage amplitude sensed at the detection coil has close correlations with bar fault severity, and search coil method can be used to diagnose of asynchronous motor rotor bar breaking fault.
