摘要
酸性介质中 Os( )对溴酸钾氧化 DBC-偶氮胂的褪色反应有明显的催化作用 ,据此反应建立了微量锇的催化光度分析法 ,锇在 1 .0~ 2 0 .0 μg·L- 1 符合比耳定律。反应在水相中进行 ,灵敏度高 ,简便快速 ,用于贵金属精矿中锇的测定 ,结果满意。
It is found that in an acidic medium, osmium(Ⅳ) shows a catalytic effect on the oxidation of arsenazo DBC by potassium bromate leading to the decoloration of the chromogenic reagent. A heating in a boiling water bath for 5min is necessary for this catalytic reaction. The method offers the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 1.0~20μg·L -1 . The method has been apllied to the determination of osmium in ore with satisfactory results.
