摘要
采用特制的测量工具和测量方法对针状焦的抗压碎强度进行测试,通过大量的试验数据确定测试过程中所使用的关键测试参数(试样的粒度和测试过程中使用测试压力),对影响测试结果的次要因素(试样的用量和压力维持时间)进行试验分析。将制订的测试方法的测试结果与生产实践进行了对比,完全符合大生产的实际情况。最后,阐述了近几年对测试结果的运用情况。
Needle coke strength plays an important role in the production of large-sized ultra-high power graphite electrode. In this paper the special tool and measurement method for testing needle coke crushing strength were used. The key testing parameters, such as sample size and testing pressure, were determined through large number of data, and the secondary factors which affect testing results including sample amount and pressure maintaining time were analyzed. The results showed that the testing results using the determined method accord with the production practice. The application situation of the test results was set forth finally.
