大倾角综放工作面化学膨胀惰泡治理自然发火技术 被引量:6

Technology of Controlling Spontaneous Combustion by Chemical Expansion Inert Foam at Large Inclined Angle Caving Surface

摘要 煤炭自燃是威胁矿井安全生产的一大灾害,我国每年由于煤炭自燃造成的直接和间接经济损失近几百亿元。在大倾角综放面条件下开采时,传统的灌浆、注氮和均压防灭火技术治理自然发火的效果不明显,缺点比较突出。为了解决这一问题,采用向采空区压注化学膨胀惰泡,通过在葛亭煤矿进行工业试验,取得了很好的效果。 Coal spontaneous combustion is a major disaster of coal mine safety,the direct and indirect economic loss nearly hundreds of billion yuan caused by coal spontaneous combustion every year.Under the mining condition of large inclined angle caving surface,the effects of traditional controlling spontaneous combustion with grouting,nitrogen injection and voltage sharing fire prevention and extinguishment technology are not obvious and the short comings are more prominent.To solve this problem,injecting chemical expansion inert foam in gob is adopted.Through the industrial test in the Geting coal mine,good results were achieved.
