摘要
由氨、仲胺与伯胺及表卤代醇合成制备了高效破乳剂 PNN,并用以处理乳化油废水 ,取得了较好的效果。结果表明 ,在p H =6.0~ 7.5,投量为 1 .88‰~ 3.0‰的条件下 ,用 PNN处理 CODCr为 71 840 mg/ L、油为 1 5534 mg/ L的某乳化油废水 ,最佳 CODCr去除率达 92 .7% ,最佳油去除率达 99.9% ,浊度去除率达到 99.9% 。
An efficient emulsion breaker PNN was synthesized by the reaction of ammonia,a secondary alkylamine and a primary alkylamine with an epihalohydrin.An emulsive oil wastewater from machine manufacturing process was treated with PNN,the results indicated that under the condition of pH=6 0-7 5,PNN:water=1 88-3 00:1000 (V/V),the total CODcr,oil and nephelometer removal efficiencies were 92 7 %,99 9 % and 99 9 %,respectively.Otherwise,high separate efficiency of solid liquid was achieved.
