摘要
[目的 ]研究镉对精子运动能力的直接作用。 [方法 ]应用计算机辅助精子分析 (CASA)系统研究了氯化镉对离体大鼠精子运动能力的影响。利用扩散法收集健康成年雄性 SD大鼠附睾尾精子 ,用氯化镉进行体外染毒 ,染毒浓度分别为 0 .5、 2 .0、 8.0 mg/ L (以镉计 )。分别在染毒 1 h和 2 h后应用 CASA系统对精子运动速度 (曲线运动速度、直线运动速度、平均路径速度、鞭打频率 )和运动方式 (前向性、直线性等 )进行检测。 [结果 ]在染毒 1 h后精子各项运动参数无明显改变。染毒 2 h后 ,镉的染毒浓度为 0 .5mg/ L时各项指标与对照组相比没有显著性差异 ;而染毒浓度为 2 .0和 8.0 mg/ L时 ,多项运动指标出现明显降低。 [结论 ]本次研究提示镉可作用于大鼠附睾尾精子 。
Objective]To study the direct effects of cadmium on sperm motility among rats [Methods]The effects of cadmium chloride on the motility of isolated sperms of rats were observed by computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) system Observed sperms were isolated from the caudal epididymides of healthy adult male SD rats with diffusion method.The moving speeds (VCL,VSL,VAPand BCF) and moving pattens (STR and LIN) of sperms were measured by CASA after one hour and two hour exposure to cadmium chloride with different cadmium concentrations of 0 5,2 0,8 0 mg/L.[WT5”,6FZ][Results]All moving parameters of sperms revealed no significant differences after 1 hour exposure to testing concentrations of cadmium After two hour exposure to cadmium,every motility parameters of sperms treated by 0 5 mg/L cadmium still showed no significant diffrences compared with those of controls,but many motility parameters of sperms treated by 2 0 and 8 0 mg/L cadmium reduced significantly compared with those of controls[Conclusion]It indicated that cadmium could result in direct toxic effects on motility of sperms in caudal epididymides of rats
