摘要
为了得到野生山丹鳞片扦插繁殖的有效途径,以野生山丹的鳞片为材料,通过扦插繁殖的方法,观察不同基质、鳞茎的内外层鳞片、鳞茎盘和不同浓度的NAA溶液处理对鳞片扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:不同基质对鳞片扦插的繁殖系数没有显著影响,以草炭为基质时鳞片产生的籽球生长情况最好,根系发达;外层较内层鳞片易诱导出籽球;带鳞茎盘扦插的鳞片比对照组产生的籽球健壮;经不同浓度NAA溶液处理后发现100mg.L-1 NAA处理的效果最好。
To get an effective way to produce bulblets by cutting propagation of bud scale of wild Lilium pumilum , using Lilium purnilum as testing material and method of cutting propagation,the effects of different mediums, the outer and inner scales, plateau, the treatment of different concentrations of NAA on the cutting propagation of bud scale were studied in this paper. The results showed that the propagation coefficient on different media were no significant differences. Peat as a substrate, the growth of bulblets was the best and bulblets had well-developed root system. Outer scales was easier to induce bulblets than the inner scales. The quality of bulblets produced by scales with the plateau was better than that without the plateau. The 100 mg · L ^-1 NAA had the best effect after the treatment with different concentrations of NAA .
