冠状动脉CT血管造影评估支架植入的现状 被引量:5

摘要 冠状动脉(冠脉)支架植入术是目前使用的最为广泛的冠脉再通术,以前应用较多的为球囊扩张血管成形术,由于其并发症和再狭窄发生率相对较高,单纯应用已逐渐减少。近年来,冠脉支架植入术已相当成熟,并可在冠脉再通时,采用药物支架,以降低术后的再狭窄发生率。
