摘要
应用粳型的籼粳交品系与国际稻、本省早籼和不育系珍汕97A 杂交,选出城特235、矮台66、ZH_(10)、ZH_(22)、ZH_(23)等5个粳型广亲和系及 ZR_6和 ZH_(13)等2个粳型广亲和恢复系。通过ZR_6的3个籼粳交组合的分析,配合力较好,其杂种一代表现结实率高(76.5～87.2%)、中秆(株高85.5～95.5cm)和早熟(播种至齐穗天数为82～84天)等特性;单株粒重、单株穗数、每穗粒数和千粒重的平均超亲优势依次为162.4%、69.6%、64.6%和24.3%。IR_(31851)/ZR_6组合的F_2代株高分离呈正态分布,表明 ZR_6带有与籼稻等位的 sd_1半矮生基因,该组合的适宜播种期为6月10日左右。
The japonica lines derived from the cross of japonica with indica rices were used to cross with IR varieties,Zhejiang early indica varieties and male-sterile line Zhengshan 97A.5 wide-compatibility japonica lines(Chengte 235,Aitai 66,ZH10,ZH22 and ZH23)and 2 wide-compatibility recovery lines(ZR6 and ZH13)were selected.The analyses on crosses of ZR6 with 3 indica varieties showed good compatible capacity in ZR6 with indica varieties,and its F_1 population expressed 3 special charac- ters i.e.high seed set(76.5-87.2%),medium plant height(85.5-95.5cm)and early maturity(82-84 days from seeding to heading).The mean heteroses in grain weight per plant,tillers per hill,grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight were 162.4%,69.6%,64.6% and 24.3% respectively.The segregation on F2 in plant height of the cross from IR31851/ZR6 showed normal distribution indicating that ZR6 has sdt semidwarfing genes.And the suitable seeding time of the cross,IR31851/ZR6 is about June 10.
