摘要
叙述了振荡热管换热器用于染整加工中定型机余热回收,比传统热管换热器在能量回收上的经济性,指出,振荡热管换热器不仅每小时回收的能量大于传统热管换热器,且投资收益较高,维护费用低。
Researched on the application of the oscillating flow heat pipe heat exchangers used for the waste heat recycling system of setting machine in the dyeing and finishing industry.And analyses the economy of the waste heat recycling system comparing to the classic heat pipes heat exchangers.The result shows that the amount of energy recycled per hour is more lager when used the oscillating flow heat pipe heat exchangers,and in low cost of maintaining.Above all,it is feasible to use the oscillating flow heat pipe heat exchangers for the waste heat recycling system of setting machine,and it is worthwhile to do more researches on its application.
