摘要
[目的]为判定和评价土壤的环境质量,并做出早期的污染预警指示。[方法]采用蚯蚓回避试验法,通过两室型蚯蚓回避反应装置,研究了蚯蚓对多菌灵污染土壤的回避行为。[结果]当土壤中多菌灵浓度≥0.8 mg/kg时,蚯蚓开始表现出对污染土壤明显的回避行为,而当土壤中多菌灵浓度≤0.2 mg/kg时,蚯蚓没有表现出对污染土壤的回避行为。[结论]蚯蚓可以作为多菌灵污染土壤的早期预警指示动物。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to judge and evaluate the environmental quality of the soil, and further offer assistance to the early warning instructions. [ Method ] By the two-room-unit avoidance response appliance of earthworm, the avoidance behavior of Eisenia andrei (O1- igochaeta: Lumbricidae) in the soil environment which was contaminated by carbendazim was studied. [ Result ] The avoidance behavior was detected when carbendazim concentration was higher than 0.8 mg/kg. No avoidance behavior could be observed when the concentration fell be- low 0.2 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] The earthworm could be as an early warning indicator of carbendazim in contaminated soil.
