摘要
近年来,历史街区的复兴受到广泛的关注.人们逐渐认识到,静态的保护不利于街区的复兴.在保护的基础上,实现发展与再利用,既是有效的保护又利于街区的发展.青岛观海路历史街区就面临着在保护的基础上实现复兴的难题.通过找到街区衰败的根本原因,挖掘街区潜在的发展优势,结合街区的现况及历史街区保护的基本要求,对多种发展模式的可行性予以探讨,以找到街区较为合适的发展定位.
In recent years, historic districts＇ revitalization has been widely concerned. There is a growing recognition that static protection is not conducive to historic districts＇ revival. Based on protection, development and reuse is not only the effective protection but also in favor of neighborhood revitalization. The Historic Districts at Guanhai Road in Qingdao are just faced with the problem of realizing the revival on the basis of protection. The focus of this article is to find the suitable development positioning of Historic Districts. In order to find the root cause of neighborhood decline, and find out the potential development advantage a variety of development models which should meet the demand of the block status and the protection of historical blocks must be explored.
