摘要
基于我国城市防洪体系安全评价的指标体系及其等级标准,提出了一种基于小样本的最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的城市防洪体系安全综合评价模型。在柳州市防洪体系的实例应用结果表明,该模型能较好地对城市防洪体系进行综合评价,评价结果符合客观实际。
Based on the safety evaluation index system of urban flood control system and its grading standards, the least squares support vector machine with small sample is used to establish safety comprehensive evaluation model of ur- ban flood control system. The model is applied to flood control system of Liuzhou City. The results show that the model is fit for evaluation of urban flood control system and the result is reasonable.
