摘要
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性动力有限元分析方法,分析了冲击过程中钻井泵阀的等效应力随时间的变化情况,以及泵阀和阀座接触面上节点的位移、速度、加速度随冲击时间的变化规律,得到的结果与泵阀失效特征相吻合。
In this paper, based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA non-linear dynamic finite element analysis method,changes of the equivalent stress was analyzed with time in the impact process of the valve, and changes of displacement, velocity, acceleration were analyze as well with time about the nodes on the contact surface of valve and valve seat, with the variation of the impact, and the result is consistent with the 1 of valve failure.
