摘要
针对"猫眼"目标激光主动探测,从抑制噪声干扰和激光后向散射出发,研究了APD激光回波信号探测系统的组成原理和电路设计。设计了一种基于APD的激光回波接收放大电路,采用自动增益控制技术(AGC),同时给出了接收系统的控制时序逻辑图,并分别对窗帘、玻璃、光滑墙体,望远镜等目标的回波信号进行了接收实验和分析,提出了鉴别"猫眼"目标的方法,为后续"猫眼"目标识别的实验研究提供了依据。
Aimed at laser active detection on "cat eye" targets,based on restraining the noise disturbance and backscattered laser,the composing principles and circuit design of APD laser echo-wave signal detecting system were theoretically studied.A receiving-magnifying circuit based on APD was designed using the AGC technique,offering the controlling time-series logic.Laser echo-wave signals of curtain,glazing,glazed wall and telescope were experimentally studied and analyzed.The method of distinguishing "cat eye" target has been advanced,which supplies foundations for experimental study on detecting and distinguishing "cat eye" targets.
