摘要
《食品雕刻》是烹饪专业的一门核心课程,但运用传统教学方法,并不能完全达到教学目的,不能完全适应新时期高职教育对人才培养的要求。因此,改革此课程传统的教学方法,采用"三位融合"教学法,对于保证教学效率、提高教学质量具有重要意义。
Food Carving is a core course for students of cuisine. However, traditional teaching methods cannot cater for the demand posed by the new age for higher vocational education. This paper suggests the application of "Integrating Three Methods" in the teaching of the course to ensure the efficiency and quality of teaching.
