摘要
采用全封闭机械清洗工艺对大型原油储罐罐底油泥进行清理是必然趋势。基于工程实践,指出组建一个完善、高效的组织机构是工程施工策划的关键,现场勘察和绘制施工图是工程施工策划的重要内容;明确残油移送、供油清洗和热水清洗是工程施工的3个重要阶段,以及标志各个阶段已经完成的综合关联判据;提出高凝原油储罐的清洗施工,需要科学设计配管的安装路线,并预留吹扫口和切换阀门;给出罐群施工的设计原则,根据待洗罐、供油罐及施工设备之间的距离将待洗罐群进行合理分组,减少设备和配管的拆装次数。
It is an inevitable trend to clean dead oil of large-scale tank with total enclosure mechanical cleaning technology.Based on the experiences,it is pointed out that the key of cleaning plan is to establish perfect and efficient organization,and the important work in cleaning plan is to carrying out f ield investigation and draw mapping.Dead oil discharge,oil supplying for cleaning and hot water washing are the three important stages,including marking the comprehensive correlation criterion for the completed work in each stage.For the cleaning of sticky crude,it is necessary to scientifically design the installation route of piping and reserve the purging open hole and switching valve.In order to reduce the disassembling frequency of equipment and piping,the design principle for the cleaning of tankfarm is put forward and reasonable grouping for the proposed cleaning tanks is made according to the distance between the proposed cleaning tank,oil supplying tank and cleaning equipments.
