摘要
化学实验室的组织与管理工作对中职学校的化学类及其相关专业的发展有着重要的意义。化学实验室管理工作看似繁杂琐碎,但却能通过科学的管理方式实现规范、安全和便捷,不但能更好地服务与教学,还能有效地明确和减轻化验员的工作量,更重要的是它能够体现出一个学校的综合教学水平。
The organization and management of chemical laboratories is very important to the development of secondary vocational and technical school chemistry or related specialities. Chemical laboratories management seemingly complex and trivial, but it can realized normative, security and convenience by scientific management mode. So it can not only better service and teaching, but also effectively clear and reduce the workload of laboratory technicians, more importantly, it can reflect the comprehensive teaching level of a school.
