摘要
针对传统电容式液位传感器在不改变体积的条件下只能通过减小电极间距来提高灵敏度的不足,设计了新型栅状电容式液位传感器。它采用栅状电极代替圆柱状电极,扩大了电极间空间,使被测介质的流动更为顺利并且提高了传感器的灵敏度,降低了工艺要求。给出了该传感器的实验数据,得到了比较满意的结果。
This paper desingned the new palisade capacitance level sensor,in order to solve the problem of the ordinary capacitance level sensor which can only decrease the space between electrodes to improve sensitivity on condition that the volume was limited.It used the palisade electrode instead of cylindrical electrode,which can expand the space between the electrodes to improve the flow of process fluid measured,increase sensitivity,and decrease process requirements.The experimental data of the sensor is supplied,and the result is satisfied.
