摘要
在甲醇为溶剂、投料比n(第四代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM G4.0))∶n(丙烯酸钠(SAA)或2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS))=1∶192、反应温度50℃、反应时间96h的优化合成条件下,以PAMAM G4.0树状聚合物为骨架,分别用阴离子试剂SAA和AMPS为端基改性剂进行Michael加成反应,对PAMAM树状聚合物分子末端基进行修饰改性;并用FTIR,NMR,GPC等方法对产物结构进行表征。表征结果显示,合成的产物为改性PAMAM阴离子树状聚合物,阴离子化程度达到90%以上,且具有较好的单分散性。
The modified polyamide-amine (PAMAM) anionic dendrimers were synthesized by grafting sodium acrylate (SAA) or 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid ( AMPS ) as terminal group anionic modifier onto the fourth-generation polyamide-amine ( PAMAM G4.0 ) dendrimer core through Michael addition reaction. The optimum reaction conditions were: methanol as the solvent, mole ratio of PAMAM G4.0 to SAA or AMPS 1 : 192, reaction time 96 h and reaction temperature 50℃. The modified dendrimers were characterized by means of FTIR, NMR and GPC to determine their structures and relative molecular masses. The results showed that the synthesized products were the modified PAMAM anionic dendrimers. The ionization degree of the product polymers could reach more than 90% and had good monodispersity.
