摘要
水利信息化是充分利用现代信息技术,深入开发和广泛利用水利信息资源,而数据库技术作为现代先进的信息技术,已经广泛应用于水利信息化建设中。阐述了水利信息化的基本涵义及重要性,并以北江水利信息数据库建设为例探讨数据库技术在水利信息化中的应用。为了实现北江水利信息数据库的建设,通过设计北江水利信息Geodatabase数据模型,收集和整理数据,利用ArcSDE和关系数据库管理系统建立了图形数据库和属性数据库,用关键字将二者连接成统一的北江水利信息空间数据库,并为了提高数据的检索、查询的能力,数据库还采用了基于空间填充曲线的空间索引。
The water congervancy information is to well make use of modem information technique, go deep into a development and extensively make use of water conservancy information resources,but the database technique is the modem forerunners information technique, already exten- sively applied in the water conservancy information construction. The basic connotation and importance of water conservancy information were e- laborated,and with Beijiang water conservancy information database construction as example to discuss the application of database technique in water conservancy information. For the sake of the construction of Beijiang water conservancy information database,through designing a Beijiang water conservancy information data model,collecting and sorting data of Geodatabase ,made use of ArcSDE and the relation database management system to build up sketch database and attribute database,link with the key word both unify of north river water conservancy information space da- tabase,and for the sake of the index of exaltation data, search of ability, the database still adopted to fill curvilinear space index according to the
