摘要
结合原始设备制造(OEM)企业多产品生产的特点,提出了新的动态布局实现方法.主要是对车间的多产品进行聚类,以产品类为变量,随着产品类生产的不同进行布局切换.产品模糊聚类过程中,首先采用F-统计量方法确定产品最佳聚类数量;其次考虑到车间重布局对车间总成本的影响,以车间总成本最小化为优化目标构建产品最佳聚类数量数学模型;最后,以某车间为实例验证了布局方法的有效性.结果表明该方法不仅可以降低物流费用、缩短产品生产周期,而且丰富了动态布局理论,能给相关研究提供参考.
Pertaining to multiplemproduct production by Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM) enterprises,a novel implementation method is proposed for dynamic layout.To cluster the multiple products in the workshop,the layout switch is conducted using product cluster as a variable.In the pocess of fuzzy product clustering,the F-statistics method is first employed to determine the optimum cluster number.Next,by considering the impact of re-layout on total workshop cost,the optiomal clustering mathematical model is established based on the optimzation objective of minimum cost.Finally,a case study on a specific workshop is used to valiadate the effectivenes of the proposed approach.Therefore,it is indicated from results that this method can not only reduce the logistics expenditure and shorten the product production cycle,but also contribute to the dynamic layout theory and set reference to related researches.
