摘要
水中上升气泡对周围水体的携带能力,是化工、环境及军事等诸多领域研究的一个重点和难点,主要存在测量手段缺乏等问题。文中以互不相溶的水和柴油为介质,利用专门研制的实验设备,采用双液分离测量法,初步研究了在气量一定的情况下注气速度对气泡水体携带能力的影响情况。分别按3 mL/s和32 mL/s进行注气的对比,实验结果表明:注气速度会明显影响气泡对水体的携带能力,慢速注气时形成的气泡对水体具有更强的携带能力,约为快速注气时的1.4倍。这一结论可为相关领域的研究与工程设计提供参考依据。
The rising bubble′s capacity to carry surrounding water is a key point and difficulty of research in many areas,such as chemical,environment,military fields,etc.,and the main problem is lack of technologies to measure it.Under the condition of the same air volume,and with water and diesel fuel as medium,the influence of air injecting rates on bubble′s capacity to carry water was studied by means of the special experimental equipment.The results show that by comparison of the air injection rate against 32 mL/s,the bubble with injection rate of 3 mL/s carries as much as 1.4 times of water,so the air injection rate significantly affects the bubble′s capacity to carry the water surrounding the bubble.This conclusion is valuable to the research and engineering design of related fields.
