摘要
使用Raman 显微技术(Raman microscopy) 研究了SiC纤维增强碳化硅、JG6 玻璃和Pyrex 玻璃复合材料界面的微观结构。研究表明,复合材料的制造过程使纤维内自由碳颗粒的大小增大,尤其是在界面层两种玻璃基复合材料制造过程使原纤维富含SiO2 的表面层消失,而且发生了界面层碳结构的有序化。
Raman Microscopy was employed to investigate the interfacial microstructure of SiC fibers to reinforce silicon carbide,JG6 glass and Pyrex glass matrixes. It is found that fabrication processing may result in disappearance of rich-silica sheath of the fibers in both SiC/JG6 and SiC/Pyrex composite, and growth of free carbon grains in the fibers for the three ceramic based composite, especially in the fiber surface layer for both glass based composites. It is also found that a considerable ordering of carbon structure in the interface layer was formed after fabrication for both SiC/glass composites.
