摘要
为探讨改良分段外剥内扎加原位皮瓣留旨术治疗环状混合痔的疗效．将240例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组120例采用改良分段外剥内扎加原位皮瓣留置术．对照组120例采用分段外剥内扎术。结果表明，改良分段外剥内扎加原位皮瓣留置术治疗环状混合痔能明显减轻术后疼痛，缩短疗程，减少术后并发症及后遗症。
The objective of this study was to investigate the therapeuuceffect of the combined procedure（i. e improved segmental external dissection＆internal libation plus in situ skin flap preserved） for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. The 240 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups：treat- ment group and controlled group,120 cases/per group. In treatment group above-mentioned combined procedure was adopted, in controlled group alone segmental external dissection ＆ internal ligation. Results show that the combined procedure can markedly reduce postoperative pain, shorten treatment course, and decrease postoperative complication and sequela.
