摘要
目的探讨康惠尔透明贴在乳腺癌放射性皮肤反应中的治疗效果。方法 选择2010年1～9月术后行放射治疗的女性乳腺癌患者150例,随机分为康惠尔组和对照组各75例。康惠尔组用康惠尔透明贴外贴创面边缘以内2cm内的区域,对照组用灭菌凡士林纱布覆盖后用多层纱布包扎创面,观察两组皮肤愈合情况。结果康惠尔组治疗者总有效率100%,显效者为81.3%,平均愈合时间(6.1±0.5)d;对照组总有效率仅为60%,显效者为6.7%,平均愈合时间为(12.5±0.7)d,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴治疗乳腺癌放射性皮肤反应的效果良好,具有临床价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfeel transparent dressing on the skin of patients with breast cancer after radiation treatment. Methods From January 2010 to September 2010, 150 patients in breast branch of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=75 in each group）. The emission area and the area surpassing 2cm were covered with comfeel transparent dressing in the treatment group,while the emission area were only covered with vaseline gauze in the control group. Results The total effective frequency was 100%,and the time of skin healing was （6.1 ±0.5） days,while 60% and （12.5 ±0.7） days in the control group,and the difference between the two group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comfeel transparent dressing nutritional on the skin of patients with breast cancer after radiation treatment is credit.
