摘要
针对采用引线式测试法进行武器系统参数测试时存在的布线困难、干扰大的问题,提出了基于NandFlash技术的存储式测试法,并以LabVIEW为平台设计开发了用于数据后期分析处理的多通道数据分析系统,该系统由多通道波形显示、波形参数测量、滤波处理和频谱分析、波形打印等模块组成。实验结果表明,该系统能够高效、低误差地完成测试数据的分析与处理,进而实现对高温、高冲击、高压恶劣环境的存储式测试。
When using the wired testing method to get the parameter of weapon system, there existing such problems like hard for routing, large disturbance. So presenting the storage testing method based on NandFlash, and designed the multi-channel data process system for data's posted processing base on LabVIEW. The system consisted multi-channel waves' display, wave parameter testing, filtering processing and spectrum analysis, wave printing and so on. The system has a series of advantages like flexible functions and reliable performances. The result of the test indicated that the system accomplished the data's analysis and processing by low-error and efficiently, and then it can also accomplish the storage test for the unfavorable conditions of high-temperature, high impact and high pressure.
