摘要
运用毛细管气相色谱法测定了6种共7个批号中成药中林旦和滴滴涕各异构体的含量。样品中农药采用在线法提取,提取溶剂为丙酮和二氯甲烷。色谱柱为SE-54(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);进样口和检测器温度分别为260℃和320℃;采用柱程序升温技术将被测组分基本上达到基线分离。8种单体的加样回收率为93.36%~99.84%,RSD在0.38%~3.25%。结果表明,被测样品中均含有林旦和滴滴涕各异构体。
The content of BHC and DDT in six Chinese patent medicines had been determined by capillary column gas chro-matography with 63Ni-ECD(CGC-ECD). The pesticides in samples were extracted by on-line method. Acetone and dichloromethane were used as the extraction solvents. The column was SE-54(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm).The temperatures of injector and detector were 260℃ and 320℃, respectively. Each constituent separated baseline by column temperature program. The recovery and RSD were 93.36-99.84% and 0.38-3.25% , respectively.It was showed that all samples had contained BHC and DDT.
