摘要
通过试验分析了普通硅酸盐水泥—水玻璃和矿渣硅酸盐水泥—水玻璃浆液的基本性能。利用正交试验设计方法,以抗压强度为主要指标,对浆液的配比进行了优化设计。通过对两种浆液材料同龄期试块抗压强度的对比发现,矿渣硅酸盐水泥的抗海水腐蚀性能明显好于普通硅酸盐水泥。将优化配比后的浆液用于青岛胶州湾海底隧道注浆加固,收到了良好的效果。
The paper analyzes the basic performance of silicate cement and slag cement on experiment.With the method of orthogonal experiment,the grouts ratio was optimized by compress intensity.By comparing with the compress intensity of the two grouts specimens of the same age,the anti-seawater corrosion capacity of slag cement is better than silicate cement.The optimized grouts was used to consolidate the subsea tunnel at Jiaozhou bay in Qingdao.The result of treatments was satisfactory.
