摘要
综合运用知识管理与合作竞争理论,将间接互惠、情感利他等机制引入到了科研团队的动态分析中,建立了多Agent合作与竞争交互规则,在Swarm平台上进行了仿真。根据仿真结果,对科研团队的合作模式、信任关系、资源数量、平等程度、梯队建设、合作氛围及文化背景等进行了进一步分析,得到科研团队建设方面的一些启示。
Based on the theories of knowledge management and co-competition,this paper brings the mechanism of indirect reciprocity and kin altruism to the dynamic analysis on scientific research team.It builds the multi-agent interaction rules of co-competition and conducts the simulation on Swarm platform.On the basis of results from the simulation,it gets some enlightenment about team construction by studying further on issues such as cooperation patterns,quantity of resources,equality,construction of echelon,atmosphere of cooperation and cultural environment.
