摘要 设计了一种输出电流精确可调的LED电源。系统功率变换部分由PFC和DC/DC两级组成,实现PWM控制输出恒定电流;设计了D/A转换电路和模拟调光电路,将PWM调光信号转换为线性调光电压,实现LED电源输出电流精确可调;采用ATmega8单片机设计了智能调光系统,可以接受RS485总线的调光指令实现256级调光。系统测试表明,该电源系统在较大范围内输出电流精确可调,并具有故障检测功能,适合驱动大功率LED路灯、隧道灯。 An LED power supply with adjustable accurate current output was designed.The power conversion part of this system was constituted by PFC and DC/DC two stages and the constant current output was controlled by PWM.A D/A circuit and analog dimming circuit were designed,which could transform PWM dimming signal into linear dimming voltage and accurately regulate the current output of the LED power supply.The intelligent dimming system with ATmega8 SCM could modulate the light with 256 grades by receiving dimming instruction from RS485 bus.The system testing and operational results show that this power system can accurately adjust its current output within a certain scope and has fault detection function,which is suitable for driving high-power LED lamp.
