摘要 [目的]探讨磁场及磁水对超甜玉米种子萌芽的影响程度。[方法]以超甜玉米的种子为试材,用9 000μT均匀恒定磁场分别进行不同时间磁场处理的磁化水浸种,其磁场处理时间分别为10、30、60、90和120 min,研究不同磁处理剂量对超甜玉米种子发芽指标的影响。[结果]不同时间磁场处理表明,用9 000μT磁场处理超甜玉米种子60 min,其磁化水浸种的发芽率比对照高83%,发芽指标最高,并比其他处理组发芽率高40%~76%;60 min处理组的发芽势比对照约高出1倍,其他各组的发芽势也比对照高46%~93%。磁场处理种子2 h后再用自来水浸种处理表明,用磁化水浸种比用普通水浸种的发芽率高23%,发芽势高30%,活力指数高30%。[结论]用9 000μT磁场处理超甜玉米种子可以提高种子的各项发芽指标。 [Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effect degree of magnetic field and magnetized water on the germination of super-sweet corn seeds.[Method] With the super-sweet corn seeds as the tested materials,they were soaked in the magnetized water treated by the 9 000 μT even and constant magnetic field with different treating times of 10,30,60,90,120 min resp.so as to study the effects of different magnetic treatment doses on the germination indexes of the super-sweet corn seeds.[Result] The magnetic field treatments with different times showed that when the super-sweet corn seeds were treated with 9 000 μT magnetic field for 60 min,the seed germination of super-sweet corn seeds soaked in the magnetized water was 83% higher than the CK with highest germination index and was 40%-76% higher than other treating groups;the germination potential in the treating groups for 60 min was about 1 times of the CK and that of other treating groups were 46%-93% higher than the CK.The treatment of first treating the seeds by the magnetic field for 2 h and then treating the seed by the tap water indicated that the germination rate,germination potential and vigor index of seeds treated by the magnetized water was 23%,30% and 30% higher than that treated by the ordinary water.[Conclusion] Treating the super-sweet corn seeds with 9 000 μT magnetic field could increase the each germination index of the seeds.
