摘要
为适应工程项目日趋复杂化，本文在分析现有工程采购方式优缺点的基础上，采用系统性思想考虑项目全过程管理的科学性，提出了工程项目采购新构想一整体并行法。
In order to cope with the more and more complex projects, thes paper, through anaslyzing the good and bad side of current procurement approaches of project, suggest a new works project procurement process Concurrent Construc-tion which uses Ssystema approach and considers the whole project management process for the very beginning.
