摘要
通过熔融共混挤出制备了间规聚苯乙烯/高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PS-s/PS-HI)共混物,通过差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、动态热机械分析(DMA)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)考察了PS-s/PS-HI共混物的相容性。结果表明,PS-s/PS-HI共混物中PS-s与PS-HI中的PS相是相容的;DMA结果表明,PS-HI可提高PS-s的韧性,结晶PS-s使PS-HI橡胶相玻璃化转变温度提高,降低增韧效果。
Syndiotaetic polystyrene/highly-impact polystyrene (PS-s/PS-HI) blends were prepared by a twin-screw extruder. The compatibilization between syndiotatic polystyrene and highly - impact polystyrene was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA), and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results of DSC and SEM analysis showed that PS-s was compatible with polystyrene phase in PS-HI. The DMA analysis indicated that the incorporation of PS-HI facilitated the improvement of the toughness of PS-s. However, the crystallization of PS-s restricted the segment movement of rubber phase of PS-HI, leading to the increase of glass transition temperature of rubber phase of PS-HI, as well as the decrease of the toughening effect of PS-HI.
