摘要
目的:利用近红外光谱技术建立一种无损快速鉴别头孢类原料药的方法。方法:不破坏样品包装,用光纤探头直接采集8种头孢类原料药的近红外漫反射光谱,采用化学计量学方法对光谱进行预处理,剔除异常光谱,建立头孢类药物的近红外识别模型,并进行模型验证。结果:将经一阶导数+矢量归一化法预处理所建立的模型用于识别头孢类药物,其准确性、专属性和耐用性均良好。结论:该方法可实现对头孢类原料药的无损快速鉴别,为头孢类药物的鉴别提供了一条准确、简单、有效的途径。
Objective:To develop a fast and nondestructive method for the identification of cephalosporin APIs.Methods:The NIR diffuse reflectance spectra of 8 kinds of the APIs with complete package were directly collected using a fiber-optic probe and pre-processed by chemometrics to establish a NIR model for identifying the APIs,excluding exceptional spectra.Then,the model validation was conducted.Results:The established model pre-processed by first derivative and vector normalization had good specificity and ruggedness for identifying the APIs.Conclusion:The method is reliable for the fast and nondestructive identification of cephalosporin APIs.It is considered to be an accurate,simple and effective approach for identifying cephalosporins.
