摘要
以竹子为原料制备了碳基固体酸催化剂,将所制备的碳基固体酸催化剂用于油酸和甲醇的气相酯化反应,以油酸转化率为考察指标评价其催化性能。考察了碳化温度、磺化时间、磺化温度对碳基固体酸催化剂催化活性的影响,并对其重复使用性能及再生进行了研究。结果表明,碳基固体酸催化剂适宜的制备条件为:碳化温度200℃、磺化时间6h、磺化温度70℃;所制备的碳基固体酸催化剂用于酯化反应,油酸转化率为86.25%;催化剂反应后仍然保持块状结构,可重复使用,催化活性稳定,易于再生。
A carbon-based solid acid catalyst was synthesized using bamboo as raw material.The carbon-based solid acid catalyst had the unique features of hollow structure.It was applied to the gaseous esterification of oleic acid and methanol and its catalytic activity was evaluated with the conversion rate of oleic acid as indicator.The effects of carbonation temperature,sulfonation time and sulfonation temperature on the catalytic activity of carbon-based solid acid catalyst were investigated.The reusable performance of carbon-based solid acid catalyst and catalyst regeneration were studied.The result showed that the optimum preparation conditions for the carbon-based solid acid catalyst were as follows:carbonation temperature of 200℃,sulfonation time of 6 h,sulfonation temperature of 70℃.The conversion rate of oleic acid was 86.25% when the catalyst prepared under above conditions was applied to the esterification reaction.The used carbon-based solid acid catalyst could keep lumpy structure and be utilized repeatedly with stable activity,furthurmore,it was easy to be regenerated.
