青海栽培山茛菪矿质元素特征

摘要 青海地道中藏药材山莨菪人工引和栽培试验成功。采集4—6年生人工栽培山莨菪,采用原子吸收光谱仪测定元素钾、钠、钙、镁、铁;用721分光光度计测定磷。结果表明:4—6年生栽培山莨菪根部对各种矿物质元素积累能力均相同,即:对镁和钠的积累最高,对磷和铁最低。同时,钾、钠、镁和磷的季节规律较为相近,有相互协同的关系。根组织对钙、铁、镁和磷的积累随年份的增加而递增。 The Anisodus tanguticus( Maxim. )Pascher is a Chinese traditional medicinal material and Tibet herb of local Qinghai, and the test of cultivated has a good result in Qinghai Province. We collected the cultivated Anisodus tanguticus of 4-6 years, and analyzed the contents of mineral elements as K, Ca, Fe, Na, Mg by Atomic Absorption Spetrometer, and P by 721 spectrophotometer. The results show that:cultivated Anisodus tanguticus of 4 - 6 years are all rich in Mg and Na while poor in P and Fe. At the same time,K,Na,Mg and P have similar season disciplines. Meanwhile,content of Ca, Fe,Mg and P in the root steadily increases by year.
