摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶技术,以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,分别添加浓硝酸、浓硫酸或浓盐酸,制备氮、硫或氯改性纳米TiO2薄膜.紫外-可见漫反射光谱、光电流谱、交流阻抗谱和电位~时间变化测试表明,氮改性纳米TiO2薄膜使表面结构优化,从而可提高纳米TiO2电极的光电转换效率. The nitrogen(N),sulfur(S) and chlorine(Cl) modified nano TiO2 thin films were prepared by adding Ti(O-n-Bu)4 as the precursor into concentrated HNO3,H2SO4 and HCl Solutions,respectively,on different substrates in a sol-gel process.The photoelectrochemical performances of N,S and Cl modified nano TiO2 thin films have been studied by UV-vis(DRS),photocurrent curves,EIS and OCP-time curves.N-modified TiO2 nano films show better surface structure,which helps to improve the quantum efficiency of nano TiO2 thin films.
