摘要
本文作者对于利用高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)进行肿瘤腔内治疗作了许多理论计算和试验工作,比较了两种换能器的聚焦特性并研制了一种既能监视又能治疗的高强度聚焦超声换能器,利用此换能器对人工体模及活体肿瘤进行了一系列加热实验,验证了高强度聚焦超声治疗肿瘤的可行性。
Many theoretical and experimental studies on the therapy of tumors using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) were conducted by the authors. The characteristics of two kinds of transducers were compared. A HIFU transducer fit for treatment in body cavity which integrates the functions of diagnosis, monitoring and therapy was made. With it, a series of heating experiments were conducted and the feasibility of the therapy got corroborants.
