摘要
目的:探讨退热解毒灵水煎剂的体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法:采用细胞培养技术,以病毒唑为阳性对照,观察退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV引起的细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用。应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV抑制率。结果:退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV的增殖有明显的抑制,其半数中毒有效浓度为9 754.2mg.L-1,抑制RSV的半数有效浓度为519.5mg.L-1,治疗指数为18.8。结论:退热解毒灵水煎剂在体外实验中,对RSV有显著抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the anti-respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） effect of decoction of Tuirejieduling in vitro. METHODS With ribavirin as the positive control drug, the effects of decoction of Tuirejieduling on change of cytopathie effect （CPE） of HeLa cells induced by RSV infection were observed through inverted phase-contrast microscopically. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） assay was used to detect the inhibition ratio of decoction of Tuirejieduling on RSV. RESULTS Decoction of Tuirejieduling was effectively antiviral agent for RSV in a concentration-dependent manner in vitro. The median toxic concentra tion （TC50） was 9754. 2 mg·L-1, the median effective concentration （ECso） was 519. 5 mg·L-1 and the treatment index （TI） was 18. 8. CONCLUSION Decoction of Tuirejieduling has obvious inhibitory effect on RSV in vitro.
