摘要
从统计信息的不全面、测算方法的缺陷以及现实的困难三个方面分析,认为定量研究热钱的规模意义不大。在经济活动中,对热钱关注的重点要放在热钱是否导致宏观经济的失衡。从理论与实践来看历,热钱是"好"或"坏"要在一定的前提条件下来分析,但其追求资本的高额收益的本性不会改变,这是把握热钱的根本。
In consideration of the incomprehensive statistics, the weakness of measuring method and the practical complications, the quantitative research will not be much significant .Therefore the priority of studying hot money is to see whether it will lead to the unbalance of macroeconomic .To see both in theory and practice, the hot money is ＂good＂ or ＂bad＂ should be analyzed in some preconditions. But its nature of pursuit high capital benefit will not be changed. This is the root of analyzing hot money.
