摘要
[目的]研究粳稻粒型与千粒重的相关关系。[方法]选用江苏省粳稻主推新品种(系)和现有亲本圃等60个种质资源为材料,对粳稻粒型与千粒重的相关关系进行了分析。[结果]供试品种谷粒型状(粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长宽比)与千粒重均呈显著或极显著正相关,相关性大小为粒长>粒厚>长宽比>粒宽,从偏相关分析来看,粒长和粒厚与千粒重也呈极显著正相关。[结论]水稻超高产育种中提高粒重的方法是在稳定粒宽和长宽比的基础上,主攻粒长和粒厚,协调优化四者之间的关系。
[Objective] The aim was to study correlation between grain type and grain weight in Japonica Rice.[Method]With 60 rice varieties of major extension in Jiangsu as the tested material,correlation between grain type and grain weight in Japonica Rice were studied.[Result] The study showed that significantly positive correlation were grain length,grain width,grain tickness and length/width and 1000-grain weights,correlation level were grain length grain tickness length/width grain width;Grain length,grain tickness and 1000-grain weights was very significantly positive correlation through partial correlation analysis.[Conclusion] Method of increasing grain weight in rice super high-yielding breeding mainly was endeavoring to improve grain length and grain tickness and optimize their relationship on the basis of stabling grain width and length/width.
