对甲基苯磺酰化丝氨酸钕(Ⅲ)络合物修饰PVC膜钕离子选择性电极的研制

摘要 利用自制的对甲基苯磺酰化丝氨酸稀土钕(Ⅲ)络合物为电活性物质制成了一种对钕离子有响应的PVC膜离子选择性电极。对电极的性能研究表明,以KCl为电解质溶液,在pH 4.5的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,电极对钕离子在1.00×10-6~1.00×10-2mol/L的浓度范围呈良好能斯特响应,校准曲线斜率为19.3 mV/dec,检出限为6.31×10-7mol/L;电极对Nd(Ⅲ)离子具有良好的选择性,Cu2+、Mg2+、Co2+、Mn2+、Ni2+、Fe(Ⅲ)等离子对Nd(Ⅲ)的测定影响较小或没有干扰;电极具有较好的稳定性和较长的使用寿命。该电极应用于人工样品中钕(Ⅲ)的测定,RSD为0.10%。 The self-made p-toluenesuifonyl-serine-neodymium(Ⅲ) complex was used as the electroactive material to prepare a PVC membrane ion selective electrode which had response to neodymium ion.The results showed that,in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.5,the prepared electrode had good Nernst response to neodymium ion in concentration range of 1.00×10-6-1.00×10-2 mol/L using KCl as electrolyte solution.The slope of calibration curve was 19.3 mV/dec,and the detection limit was 6.31×10-7 mol/L.This electrode had good selectivity to Nd(Ⅲ),and other ions(Cu2+,Mg2+,Co2+,Mn2+,Ni2+ and Fe(Ⅲ)) had no or little interference in the determination of Nd(Ⅲ).The prepared electrode showed good stability and long use life.The proposed electrode has been applied to the determination of Nd(Ⅲ) in synthetic sample with RSD of 0.10%.
